A data analyst who cares about dashboards that actually get read.

I'm a data analyst who's spent the last nine years sitting at the seam between business questions and the data that answers them. I've led analytics teams at the Indonesian Ministry of Health, ran logistics analytics at Tokopedia, and built the dashboards that the VP of Cargo at Garuda Indonesia used to run a 51-branch network.

What I care about: dashboards that get read, KPIs that actually move, and analysts who grow. The last one is why I still teach on the side — twenty-plus sessions, three institutions, and a 9-out-of-10 satisfaction rating I'm quietly proud of.

Outside of work I'm a Bachelor of Accounting (Universitas Diponegoro) who fell in love with SQL, a 2024 JMIR Medical Informatics author, and a 2025 poster finalist at the World Congress on Health Informatics in Taiwan.

Registration Verification Automation

+38% conversion by automating a manual verification bottleneck.

Context. Onboarding registrations were being held up at a manual verification step, hurting conversion and frustrating users.

Approach. Instrumented the funnel, identified the drop-off, designed and shipped an automated verification flow, and monitored conversion against a control.

Result. Registration conversion lifted 38%; manual handling effectively eliminated.

SLA Reporting Centralisation

−86% manual SLA reporting time across a 51-branch network.

Context. Cargo operations relied on slow, branch-by-branch SLA reports — by the time leadership saw the numbers, the operational decisions had already been made.

Approach. Built foundational data models for cargo ops; centralised SLA reporting into Power BI; designed dashboards consumed directly by the VP of Cargo Operations and 51 branch offices.

Result. Manual processing time cut 86%; SLA visibility moved from monthly to near-real-time.

Reporting Automation Savings

IDR 170M / year saved by automating recurring reports.

Context. Recurring performance reports across 51 branches were eating analyst time and external vendor cost.

Approach. Audited the report catalogue, automated the highest-volume reports end-to-end, and standardised the data model so new reports were near-zero marginal cost.

Result. IDR 170M annual saving; reporting cadence improved; analyst time redirected to higher-value work.
